  • Payment can be done using RTGS or check.
  • Security deposit is returned after cancellation of distributorship or anytime when you can leave after 1 year, with 3 months ahead written notice. Any type of interest or dividend will not be payed on security deposit.
  • Maintenance of any kind of damage to barrel will be provided by company. But at the time of cancelation of distributorship, if any barrel is damaged then its cost will be cut and other non-damaged barrel’s security deposit will be returned.
  • For home delivery of barrels, vehicle is very important, which vehicle can be Bolero/Chhota hathi tempo/dealer’s choice of vehicle . To buy the vehicle company will pay Rs. 2 Lacs of down payment. Distributer can buy his choice of vehicle with cash or loan, from which Rs. 2 lacs of down payment will be done by the Company. If vehicle is bought with loan, then its interest and loan instalments will be only paid by distributer himself.
  • All the licences related to this business will be provided only by Company’s decided agency.To issue all the licenses, distributor will be provided a list of required documents. After submitting all the required documents, the licence’s process will be started.
  • All the stationary needed for this business, will be printed and provided by the company for First time only. After that, distributor needs to arrange all the required stationaries when needed.
  • Time period for payment: First of all, intrested distributor needs to fill Company’s application form and pay Rs. 25,000 for registration for booking in the company. After going through all the applications from the subdivision, any one distributor will be decided based on their credit and working capacities. All the other applicants’ registration fees will be returned to them via bank in 10 days.
  • Selected distributor will be given company allotment letter. After receiving allotment letter, distributor needs to pay 50% amount within two days. After 2 days, with Company’s legal agreement on Rs. 500/- stamp paper which will be presented to subdivision’s Notary. At that time remaining 50% payment  should be done through RTGS and its details should be written in the agreement. All the Notary related expense is handled by distributor.
  • Operations of agency borrower distributor 
    1. Explain the benefits of our product to run their machines and provide home delivery facilities of our Non explosive products to the farmers of assigned area.
    2. Distributors can give farmers 2 barrels with fuel connection card and make them members. They can also collect nominal deposit fee from customer members if needed. Distributor needs to provide deliver services of non explosive fuel to the farmers per villages to their home/farms
    3. Farmer members of villages and subdivisions’ Member
    4. Don’t do any adulteration in given non explosive products and sell to customer. Doing so can be considered as a crime and Distributor will be held responsible for it. If distributor is caught for any adulteration in product or by customers complain, Distributor’s agency will be cancelled and the security deposit will be confiscated and will not be returned in any circumstances.

    5. Distributor needs to maintain the selling register, buying register and everyday stock register and submit its copy to the company every three months. Whenever mamlatdar-office from government asks for registers, it needs to be submitted.

    6. Every month GST should be paid regularly as well as its return should be paid by CA regularly. Distributor is completely responsible for it.
    7. Note the customer’s booking via phone and give the information regarding delivery of the products.
    8. Just like gas connection and its delivery is noted in customer card , product’s booking and delivery should be noted in
  • Expenses made by franchise holder :
    1. Set up an office and stock point shop/godown in their area.
    2. All the costs of office/godown’s light bill , maintenance and renovation should be paid by distributor only.
    3. All the required stationary should be made available in the
    4. Appointed staff’s salary needs to be paid by Distributor.
  • Benefits of Distributorship Holding Owner’s Investment :
    1. Distributor will be paid Rs. 1000 to 1200/- per barrel (200 litres) as their commission. Commission will be decided on the day of order placed, which means minimum commission of Rs. 1000/- and maximum commission of Rs.1200/- will be decided.
    2. While placing order, distributor needs to note their order and ask for its commission rate. Then Distributor needs to cut off total commission amount and pay the remaining amount to the company via bank, from which distributor will be given a bill and company will provide the stock at their shop/godown.
    3. Distributor needs to place orders in advance according to their Sales. After receiving the order, company will deliver the stock within 4 days.
